• What about Check-In?

    You’ll find our team ready to greet you at Check-In! Check-In begins 15 minutes before each service and Check-Out lasts for 15 minutes following service end.

    Check-In stations are located down the right hallway of the main lobby as well as at the entrance of the Kids Building (furthest metal building from the Sanctuary). A Check-In volunteer can assist with ensuring your child is taken to the correct space.

    For health standards, children must be free from fever or symptoms of contagious disease for 24 hours. Let us know of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have when you arrive at Check-In.

  • What is your security policy?

    Our Mosaic Kids area is a completely secured area. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag will be required in order to pick up your child, as well.

  • Are Kids Team volunteers background checked?

    Yes. Regardless of the role they play, every adult who serves in our Mosaic Kids area has passed a background check and a series of trainings to ensure the safety of your child. We maintain strict teacher-to-child ratios to ensure safe care.

  • How will you get ahold of me if my child needs me?

    You will receive a text message to the number you provide at Check-In. Also a member of our kids team will get in contact with you in person if there is any emergency.
